Prime Minister Edi Rama and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy jointly welcomed the regional leaders participating in the Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit already underway at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana on Wednesday.

This gathering of special importance brought together the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto; Maia Sandu, the President of Moldova; Vjosa Osmani, the President of Kosovo9; Stevo Pendarovski, the President of North Macedonia; Aleksandar Vučić, the President of Serbia; Andrej Plenković, the Prime Minister of Croatia, and Jakov Milatović, the President of Montenegro, to reaffirm shared values and unconditional support for Ukraine.
